Our climate-controlled facilities are monitored 24/7 and can accommodate furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other project materials until they are needed on-site.
We also provide attic-stock storage for replacement furniture, fixtures, finishes, and other items that hotels retain after a project is completed. Attic stock remains protected and accessible for seasonal changes, future repairs, or replacement needs.
Project Delivery & Coordination
Trend coordinates the movement of FF&E; from the warehouse to the property according to the project schedule.
We work with project teams to plan delivery dates, site access, staging requirements, room sequencing, and phased product releases. This creates a coordinated handoff between warehousing, transportation, and installation.
