Tips to Prepare for Delivery Day
Our delivery team is trained to give you the best delivery experience possible, here are some ways you can prepare to make the process even smoother!

Empty your appliances from all clothes, dishes, and food prior to your delivery teams arrival.
Drain any washers a day prior to your delivery.
Create a clear pathway for the arrival of our delivery truck and team, any debris, snow, or ice should be removed prior to arrival. Any areas that need snow or ice removal during inclement weather need to be done prior to delivery teams arrival.
Ensure there is a clear pathway for your delivery team to bring in all new appliances, as well as remove the old. Double check all pathways and desired appliance locations will accommodate the dimensions of all appliances being moved on delivery day.
Point out to the delivery company any low hanging wires, driveway concerns, pre existing issues, or GPS problems prior to delivery day.
If you have any small children or pets, make sure they can be secure in an area outside of the delivery teams pathway during delivery
Have an adult 18 years or older on site to sign for delivery.
